1. Site publisher

3. Seller and payment

Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), acting as reseller and merchant of record: Polar takes the payment, calculates and remits VAT or applicable taxes and issues the invoice. Polar’s buyer terms apply to the transaction and are available from the checkout page. Nogar remains the author of the kit and the licensor of the sounds.

4. Product and price

Product: Bouyon Pressure Vol. 2, downloadable digital content (ZIP of about 229 MB: 241 WAV files at 24-bit/48 kHz, PDF license, README, cover art). Exact contents are listed on the kit page. Price: €20.00 including VAT for buyers in the European Union; depending on the country, local taxes may be added. The total is shown on the checkout page before you pay.

5. Delivery

Immediate digital delivery once payment is confirmed: a personal download link is shown after purchase, sent by email and available in the Polar customer portal. Nothing is shipped.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU)

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once performance has begun with the buyer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing that right. By ordering, you request immediate access to the download. If a file is faulty, you can’t download it, or you ordered by mistake, email contact@nogarbeats.com; any refund is issued through Polar. Statutory conformity guarantees for digital content still apply.

Use of the sounds is governed by the kit license.

9. Personal data and cookies

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms. The host processes technical connection data (IP address, logs) to secure and serve the site. When you buy, the data entered at checkout (email, name, country, payment details) is processed by Polar and its payment providers under their own privacy policy; Nogar receives the order details needed for support. To exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion), email contact@nogarbeats.com; you may also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

10. Intellectual property

The sounds, artwork, videos and texts on this site belong to Nogar. Any reproduction beyond what the license allows is prohibited.

11. Governing law and disputes

French law. In case of a dispute, first contact contact@nogarbeats.com for an amicable solution. Consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
